Go behind the scenes at The Handmade Festival and meet the makers bringing their passion and skills to you in September.
We would like to introduce you to Isabella Strombio from TWOME who will be hosting our Macrame Necklace Workshop.
I'm Isabella, a self-taught maker & educator with a passion for anything handmade and design. In my former life, I was an interior designer for almost 15 years. In 2016 I started a blog www.twome.co.uk following my creative journey to learn 12 crafts in 12 months and after 6 months I started teaching regularly crafts workshops in London and around the UK. I now run regular macrame and natural dyeing workshops as well as teaching online courses. I have been featured on the Sunday Telegraph, Kirstie's Handmade Christmas on Channel4 and I regularly write macrame tutorials for Mollie Makes magazine and Hobby Craft blog. You can also check my online shop with ethical & #slowfashion approach products, handmade by me.

I love a chocolate biscuit dipped in my coffee.
Are there any skills you would like to try?
I would like to learn how to weave on a peg loom, or maybe try punch needle embroidery.

Some Italian rock music from my teens!
