Our handmade movement isn’t just about championing what is typically considered ‘craft’ we want to challenge people’s perceptions and bring together all facets of what can be handmade in one big celebration of creativity. After five years of running The Handmade Fair across the country we are launching The Handmade Festival, the greatest collection of creative people, skilled makers and a vast array of what is celebrated as handmade.

Each area of the festival will be promoted as its own show, with its own ambassador and its own marketing campaign. We plan to form partnerships with relevant media partners to endorse the subject and attract specific audiences whose interests will cross over into other themes of the event, bringing in a new and larger audience.
